Your items will appraised by Susan Rumfitt, who established her jewellery gallery in Harrogate in 2006 and is delighted to be expanding her business and partnering with Dore & Rees. The early part of her career was spent with Christie’s and then she joined Phillips. Susan is a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, an accredited lecturer for the Arts Society, as well as a well-known expert on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow.

Popular names such as Cartier, Asprey, Bulgari, Harry Winston, Tiffany, Chopard and Van Cleef & Arpels are amongst a long list of sought after makers. Beautiful examples of Victorian and Edwardian jewellery are consistently of interest. The market for Georgian jewellery is particularly buoyant at the moment and Art Deco jewellery, full of colourful gems and of course diamonds, is always popular at auction.
